Lesley's career began in Central Government where she excelled in the field of communication and motivation, all directed towards performance enhancement. Those skills have been transferred to the corporate world with great results where she has increased the effectiveness, efficiency and productivity of senior leaders through accelerated personal development.
Introducing and embedding coaching and learning cultures in organisations, often through leadership development programmes, is a particular area of specialism for Lesley who has an exceptional reputation in this field.
